Centre For Leadership in Learning

The Centre for Leadership in Learning is a resource for everyone who teaches at McMaster University. They offer services with:

Faculty of Social Sciences

The Faculty of Social Sciences at McMaster offers offer a wide range of Undergraduate programs through the Faculty's academic units, as well as Master's and Doctoral programs. Whether you are a prospective student, a current student in need of academic advising, or a graduate or alumnus, explore their website to find what you are looking for.

Student Affairs

The Student Affairs office resolves issues brought to them by students, parents, and the community. In addition to the student services available, Student Affairs, in consultation with student governments, assesses current trends and needs to enhance student life at McMaster.

Student Health Service

Student Health Services provides comprehensive primary medical care to all university students throughout the year. The Service is staffed by Family Physicians, a Sport Medicine Physician, a Psychiatrist, Health Educator, Registered Nurses, Laboratory Technician, and Administrative Staff.

Centre for Student Development

The Centre for Student Development provides help to Mac students with personal and academic concerns. It also provides specific kinds of assistance to students with disabilities.

Titles Bookstore

It is the main University Bookstore located on campus. A Health Sciences branch is located in the McMaster University Medical Centre.

Office of the Registrar

The Registrar's Office provides the following services to undergraduate students: recruitment, admission, registration, scheduling of courses and examinations. The issuing of transcripts and certifications, as well as convocation services, are provided for all students.

Student Financial Aid Services & Scholarships

Student Financial Aid & Scholarships, provides service to students in all areas of financial support: loans (i.e. OSAP, Student Aid BC), bursaries, work programs and scholarships.

School of Graduate Studies

Graduate students at McMaster University pursue their studies in a supportive and forward-looking learning environment--an environment that is sustained by leading faculty members, well-funded programs, and state-of-the-art research facilities. As a research-intensive university offering an array of respected and innovative graduate programs, McMaster provides the necessary tools and hands-on experience that graduate students need to thrive. Moreover, McMaster prides itself on fostering close professional and scholarly interactions between graduate students and their research supervisors.

International Student Services

ISS is a vibrant and essential part of Student Affairs, and as a student service, aims to provide core services and programmes for international students, visiting scholars, post-doctoral fellows and faculty at McMaster University, and their families. ISS also provides information to students at McMaster on a range of options from independent study and externally sponsored programmes, to summer session and McMaster's formal student exchange programmes as well as opportunities to work and student abroad. ISS is also responsible for the administration of the University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP) for all international students.
